Description

Ever since Christopher Columbus' discovery of the New World, European colonial powers have competed for dominance over the American continent. The 18th century saw the peak of this struggle for land and resources, with four great powers - Britain, France, Spain, and Russia having a foothold on the North American continent. This server is focused on the exploration and colonization of the North American continent. We distinguish ourselves from other servers with similar premises with: ⛏️ Unbalanced resource distribution and scarcity - drives trade and conflict between factions, and gives a reason to expand ?️ Geographical blindness - factions will need to explore, create their own maps, and discover what resources are in which region themselves ? Seasons and temperature - Whether it be the cold or the heat, temperature will always be a problem, and so will the harvests ⚔️ Unique factions - each faction has units with different strengths and weaknesses instead of every soldier of every faction being identical, whether it be Britain's superior discipline or France's superior cavalry ? Mercenaries - if there are enough active members, players may choose to be mercenaries outside of the main factions, whether they wish to be soldiers from the Holy Roman Empire such as the Hessians, or maybe even Hungarian Hussars, mercenaries can be almost anything. ? MODS TO EXPECT ? ? Recruits ? Workers ⛵ Small Ships ⚙️ Create Big Cannons ? MCA ? Tough as Nails ? Serene Seasons
